About the Role
The Governors wish to appoint a conscientious and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to start as soon as possible. The suitable candidate would work under the direction of a member of the Senior Leadership Team. The main responsibilities of the role are to provide daily Cover Supervision as required.
The post is both rewarding and challenging, requiring flexibility and commitment to ensuring that suitable cover is provided for each lesson. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of the work undertaken by a Cover Supervisor and able to cover lessons on a daily basis themselves, setting work and managing behaviour as required.

This post is a customer-facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers. The school has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
