About the Role

We are looking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our after school provision. 

 

The successful applicant will be reliable and passionate about working with children and enjoy working as part of a team.  The ability to form positive relationships with children, parents, carers and staff is essential.  Good communication skills and the ability to deliver exciting and engaging, child-focussed activities will also be required.  Experience of preparing simple but nutritious meals an administering basic first aid is also desirable but training will be provided for the right candidate.

 

This post is a customer-facing position and falls within the scope of the Code of Practice on English Language Requirement for Public Sector Workers. The school has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016 to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the JD/Person Specification.
