About the Role

We are looking for a School Business Manager to join our two-form entry school staff in January 2024.

Our Ofsted inspection found that ‘pupils exude a love of learning and describe the school like being a second family. Behaviour is exemplary. Pupils are courteous towards adults and their peers.

The candidate should have an enthusiastic, helpful approach and a ‘can do’ attitude. They will contribute to continuous improvement of the school and become part of the leadership team.

This exciting role includes a broad range of responsibilities that will require an extensive set of skills, relevant qualifications and resilience. As School Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing the school finances, HR procedures, overseeing facilities management, health and safety and the administrative function of the school.

 

The successful candidate will be a valued member of the Senior Leadership Team, who will   interact with a range of stakeholders (staff, governors, parents, pupils and other advisors). You will need to be highly organised, work well as part of a team and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
