New Generation Schools Trust opened Hope Community School in September 2013, a Free School, to meet the increasing demand for primary school places in the local area.

 

The children, staff and Governing Body of Hope Community School are looking for a dynamic Teaching & Pastoral Assistant to support them in their journey to become outstanding.

 

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching & Pastoral Assistant who has the drive to achieve the very best for our pupils and has interpersonal skills to play a key role in shaping our school’s successful future.

 

Through a Christian ethos and personalised curriculum, Hope Community School provides an excellent education experience for all children and families. As a School, we have a desire to innovate and serve the local community.

About the Role

An exciting opportunity to be part of the team at Hope Community School.

 

We are looking for:

 

  • A well-educated, flexible and confident team player who has experience of working with children with SEN needs in a school or similar setting
  • A T-PA who can support children’s learning, assist the class teachers, and help to make and maintain a positive, organised and efficient learning environment
  • A T-PA who can supervise children at lunchtime and at play
  • A good team member who can work collaboratively to develop outstanding practice
